"First time coming and it was better than I expected. I had the Benchmark service and my stylist, Day, really took care of me. My haircut looks great, best hairstyle I've had in many years. (Been cutting my own hair during the pandemic too, so forgot how good I could look.) Yes, you definitely pay good money for this experience, but it was worth it to me, especially having not having a professional haircut in 4 years.
