"I have been a Ulta Rewards Member for years. I received a 20% off coupon in the mail like a postcard. When I went in to use it cashier wouldn't take it bc it was ripped. I had a different LESSER coupon on my phone that saved me a lot LESS- she informed me she could only take ONE coupon and so I used the online one from my phone. Come on now Ulta. Treat your high spending LOYAL customers better than that. I know one 20% off coupon isn't gonna break the business or company. Great customers as if they ARE ALWAYS RIGHT- From now on I will buy all my beauty products on Amazon. Also train your store workers to acknowledge and help customers NOT avoid them and dodge them. If a customer is looking around and on husky needs help craning our neck to find a person actuallly OFFER HELP AND DO YOUR JOB- and fyi- I DID let the female cashier know how I felt"

"Friendly staff greeted me as I entered. The store was clean and neat. There were several out of stock items in the nail care area and this is ongoing. Took me a bit to find someone to assist me. That clerk was helpful and apologized for the out of stock."

"Went to this location today because my mom needed some concealer for a wedding and needed help with the correct shade. No one greeted you at the door, appeared to be only 2 people physically working while a thin man walked back and forth from the counter throughout the store and didn’t ask if we needed help. After receiving any type of service and waiting in line for help for over 30 mins we decided to leave. I will not return….. I told my mom to go to SEPHORA, the staff was always friendly there and happy to help. ULTA needs to retrain staff on customer service or shut this location down if people don’t want to help."

"Normally this location is a great place to shop. I still wouldn’t quite say it completely still isn’t, but if I’m in your store at 5:30 and you close at 6:00 pm I don’t need an associate coming up to remind me your hours of operation, and what they are. I clearly heard you ask the customers on the next aisle if they needed any help finding anything just to also say we close in 30 minutes. Then you nicely come over to me saying the same thing, and by that time I no longer want the items I came to retrieve. I will use my $200 gift card at another location. If a customer is in your store before you close let them shop “ peacefully”. Normally customers look up every businesses hours of operation before they even go and if anything EVERYBODY knows on Sundays typically a business is closing at 6 pm no later than 7."

"Why am I standing in line behind 6 people waiting to check out at 11:30. There are several associates milling around not with customers and behind the counter. For the love of everything open another register and get us out of here, took 15 minutes to check out. On the plus side all the associates I felt with were friendly."
