"Barber was on the phone for 70% of the cut when he suddenly got shocking news, put down the phone, and had to rush the rest of the cut and shave. During the shave he got my face dripping wet, cut my lower lip with the razor and zoomed through the taper with a cordless Shaver. Put on his coat and was out the door before I even got out of the chair. $37 paid at the front desk while he's outside. I asked about the bleeding cut and oddly shaped hair, they said he could've cut a "pimple" and that he only did what I asked for. When questioned about the price, they said I would have to talk with the barber (who did not speak English and obviously did not want to be around for this part)."

"I would give them a four star but only gave them a 2 because they play their music too loud, and because children come in there, that is very dangerous because it could damage their ears. I mean it is extremely loud. Also the music is very graphic and it is not good for their well being. One occassion recently, a barber walked out after my son was waiting for him, and didn't even communicate to us whether he would be back or not. Very unprofessional. He knew we were waiting.So the other barbers stood in the door way yelling for him to come back inside, but he never did.So another barber ended up cutting my son's hair. My son is 11years old, how could someone do a kid like that wow.. But my last straw was when my son hair was getting cut, the barber cutting his hair had to keep stopping to tend to children that were in there. Eventhough i thought the teenagers(sibblings?) Were present as well, they could have helped with the little kids but they were so busy into their electronics and playing a video game towards the back of the shop. The barbers are very talented and could get more 5 stars if they really could cause i see the potential.."
