"My client ordered 27 boxes of lvp laminate flooring from this place the day before they said it was ready to be picked up, and today when we went they didn't know what happened to the floor and they didn't know if they sold it if it disappeared and it is something that has already been paid for and we are waiting 2 weeks, in the end we did nothing and the client was angry because a recommendation from us"

"Sam starts out well. Was responsive and helpful helping me lock in the cabinets and order and scheduling. But once the work starts, there were so many crew involved and they don’t appear to be communicating among each other. For example, my island was drawn 180 off. Sam new this and assured me his island guys would do so. However, the installer actually was installing according to the incorrect diagram and I was lucky enough to caught him before he went too far into it. Craftsmanship is lacking. Cuts in trims, cabinet doors slight off. Walls which was recently painted was beat up. All of these I had to bring up to Sam and have the crew return. It may have been better if sam visit the work site and ensure his crews are doing the work corrected. Several drawers were not even connected and I had to tell them which one. This should not be necessary. Crew also demo my bar cabinets when they are suppose to keep them. Sam did end up having to provide me two replacements. Cut to my island stove vents were so beat up sam had to replace. These are very unnecessary errors. I suspect many of the crews were subs and they care little the outcome. If someone has been on site managing the work and inspecting them, I think the result would be much better. My overall experience with sun hs warehouse is poor. Could have been much better is they addresses these issues I raised above."

"I've gotten $35 plywood here for $9, and roofing shingles for 1/2 price. It's all leftovers and overstocks. Lots are damaged so you have to dig. But if you have the time and patience you can often get what you need for 1/2 to 1/4 of the cost."

"The owner and Emilio are great and most of the other help just don't care for the lady at the front desk. You have to double and triple check her cabinet design n measurements"
