"I had never been to this nail salon before so went as a walk-in for a pedicure. Was seen within 10 mins. Very bright and welcoming. Relaxing with the massage chairs. Haley did a wonderful job with removal of dead skin on the heels and toes. It has been about two weeks and the areas are still smooth. Will go back!"

"I have had nothing but good experiences here. Everytime I do a walk in they are able to fit me and and my nails have always looked good! I usually get a gel mani and pedi and they always last a while!!"

"I have gone to this salon twice, the first time the nail tech had an attitude throughout the overall service but I let it slide the second time was the worst. No one could do the nail art I wanted, which was not too big a deal but I ended up getting a simple white French tip instead which came out awful. The nude pink color is streaky and I asked her to not make the white part too thick but she did. While getting these nails done I pointed out to the technician that there was a hair in my nail and she proceeded to tell me the hair was on my finger and not in the nail after finishing the service I complained to another technician and he told me there was nothing they could fix about the hair in my nail since it was done. She also didn’t file my last set off all the way so spots of darker color are still visible through the acrylic and on top of all of that a whole nail popped off my hand two days after I got the nails done."

"Definitely not happy with this salon. To begin, my tech was 30 minutes late to my appointment. Paige ended up doing my nails. Paige did my nails and she was so unprofessional! She just talked the whole time about how much she's working and how upset she was about her co-workers taking a vacation because it meant that she had to work more. I had tips glued onto my nails and a gel fill. She did not listen to me when I said I wanted them a little shorter. She also glued the top of my left ring finger on crooked and two of the tips came completely off after two weeks. I won't be going back here again!"

"This has been the absolute worst manicure I have received from any salon. I went in and asked for THIN French tips and the lady replied back with ATTITUDE when I showed her a picture “I know what French tips are” and didn’t look at the reference photo. Then proceeded to do my nails completely wrong and not how I asked while she was on FaceTime not pay attention to my nails. She did my nails so sloppy and fast with no regard to what I asked for. I have been to several salons in the Raleigh area as I have lived here for 20+ years and this is by far the WORST salon in the area. My nails looked so bad when I left I was embarrassed to go out in public. I had to go to another salon the next day to get them fix. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone."
