"I went for the first time, and at first, it was a cool dive bar type place. They had pool tables and good music playing. After a little while of playing pool, we were told that we had to move to another table because the pool league usually plays pool on the table that we were on. They advised us to go to another table that was already occupied and said we could wait there until it becomes available. We had already put in money to play a few games. We asked if we were going to get money back for what we put in, and the guy that worked there rudely told us to ask the bartender. She would not give us our money back and told us to just continue playing where we were. All the league people started coming in and staring at us. There was a guy that came up to the table that we were sitting at and rudely moved our beers out the way while putting his trophy on our table. The vibe at that point was that we were not welcome at all. The patrons and the rude guy made us feel unwelcome, and we were friendly. We were paying customers who also bought drinks there. I will not be going back to this place, and I like dive bars. My suggestion to the owner is that when they have a pool league going on, they should have the tables that they use marked with a reserved note. He should also make sure that his employees know how to treat people and not be rude to folks."

"The bartender from January 27th, 2024 blonde hair is TERRIBLE. Do not attend on Saturdays. Please attend on Sunday and Mondays with Ms. Jackie. “Supposedly” bartenders are only paid tips (not customers fault) take this up with your management, because tipping is NOT required. I was informed that customers are banned from this bar for not tipping. My family are consistent customers and not sure why we’re labeled as customers that don’t tip! We have always left a CASH TIP! After addressing this situation is was clear that you must tip bartenders. In that case gratuity should be included! Again, not sure why this is even a topic, because we have always left a CASH TIP! This particular blonde haired bartender presented poor service to not just us but other customers as well. Her attitude is nasty, she stood on the left side of the bar and never came back to check on us. My father had to wave down the bartender and approach them on the other side of the bar just to receive service. Do not go here! Better off going up the street to Hickory Tavern! The wings are typically meaty, tonight we received wings with barely any meat in them! Never again, racist business and service."

"Kitchen is disgusting! Wouldn't even feed my pet pigs out of this place!!! Keep in mind if you're under 30 years of age, the bartender will refuse you your drink of choice! All because and I quote "you're too young". Legal drinking age isn't specific to your drink of choice?! Horrible waiting time on simple service and food along with nasty attitudes and a 30 minute wait between every single game of pool! If you're looking for a place to waste your night in exchange for nothing but disappointment. 10/10 recommend the "jukebox pub and grill""
