"SCAM!!! If I could do zero stars then I definitely would have. I've been coming here for years with no problems till recently. I reached out to Rae. I was told I needed a wig to secure an appointment. I sent $290 via cash app. Day of my appointment I arrived thinking I had an appointment...I DIDN'T! There was a client in her chair and clients waiting. I waited over 40 mins then asked for a refund. I sent a cash app request it was ignored. I texted they were ignored. It's been almost a month since I sent the cash app and still haven't gotten my money back. Don't understand how a "business owner" conduct business this way. How are you going to say wigs are non refundable? Not once on our communication did you say that. Nor did you say that when I asked for a refund. You reply was "you sure". I paid for a wig and install and you didn't provide either one. Therefore I had to purchase a wig and pay another stylist last minute. The fact that it took a review to get a reply speaks volumes. If you're broke say that, but I'm not paying $290 for a wig. So I'll come to the shop and I hope you have my money."
