"If you want Self Care AVOID this nail spa. Terrible customer service. You may get fungus on your toe for the first time if you get your pedicure here. They will clip cuticles until you bleed. They will say sorry. You come back in a few days with the same color on your nails, they greet you and remember you as a prior client and you are aware who did your pedicure ! The Vietnamese will act like they have no idea who you are once you show them your toe(s)."

"So the first time I went here, I LOVED IT! They did a really awesome design and everyone there is so kind. I went this past Thursday so just a few days ago and my nails already look like they need a fill in. They are really small and I did ask for short and round which I usually ask for and they typically look wider than these not as oval. I really do love the environment and everyone is so kind. Just did not have a good experience last time as I waited 30 minutes when I had an appt and then it took 30 mins for these acrylics and felt very rushed and could have looked much better. I also dm’d them to let them know I was not very happy with it and they said techs usually take 30 mins to do acrylics. Either way I didn’t appreciate the wait and the final product."
