"They asked for $400 in advance and I would have no problem getting my money back if they closed before my procedure was completed. When i went you last appointment for two crowns they had closed down. After numerous attempts to get my records and money back they First Choice Community Health in Lillington NC they have stopped responding. BEWARE of this place."
"They're closed. Only records they could find on me was the new patient form I filled out. I wanted my records, not my form. They shut down several times temporarily while I was a patient. The last visit I had I drove all the way down there, about 1hr away and they were closed. This is after I paid in full and was assured they would be open and I would get my 4th 4th crown fitting successfully. The dentist said my 1st ones didn't fit right, the last one broke when they said to bite down. I am waiting to get my money back which the receptionist said would be no problem as it was First Choice Community Health Center. Called several times during the year and they were searching for another dentist. My last call over a year since my preparations for my caps was notified that they were closed. I realize it will be a few weeks before my money is returned to me. So sorry I trusted them and paid in full."
"I went to fix a painful tooth on Thursday and the dentist said it was ok. Next day it was broken in pieces. I called again and she said I was going to be ok until Monday. It's my fault for choosing the wrong place and giving them a second chance. Never again."
