"We usually love coming to this office, however during my recent dental visit, I encountered some concerns. Firstly, the hygienist discussed my medical file loudly, which could have been handled more discreetly. Secondly, when I inquired about fluoride's safety for my child, the response lacked sensitivity, and a more informative approach would have been appreciated. Lastly, the cleaning process for my son was not gentle, leaving him upset and hurt. While the dentist appeared friendly, I was already fed up at that point. These issues make me hesitant to come back and I wished they would not switch practitioners so frequently."
