"I’ve been going there for year and never had a major complaint but recently had a very bad experience with both staff and other customers. The entry area is not large and was smaller due to some construction work. When I entered, there were at least 6-7 people crammed in that are, socializing and several were not wearing masks.Something was said to them by another staff person whom they proceed to mock and pretend to put on their masks. I will not be going back nor can I recommend it based on this behavior. It was not the first time I had see unmasked staff and clients but the first I had seen such ignoring of both mask and social distancing rules."

"I've been getting my hair cut here for a while now. I'm from Raleigh and would definitly recommend Carol Bailey. She's been cutting my hair since I was a little boy and has a ton of hair cutting experience. The place is very homey and has a lot of magazines in it when you go in. I would also say that if you dont want just one person to cut your hair that they have plenty of other people to do it."
