"I've been going to Ulta for years in various locations. I've also worked various customer service jobs, so believe me when I say that it takes a lot of negativity from a place I shop at to incline me to write a review. I had an allergic reaction to a shampoo and conditioner that I purchased. I've never had an allergic reaction to ANYTHING before - let alone shampoo. I thought it would be helpful (and fun) to get a hair stylist's opinion on the products that caused the allergic reaction. When I asked a customer service representative at the front for help, she actually rolled her eyes at me and said, "our stylist is in the back." And when I told her I had an allergic reaction to this shampoo that I didn't even buy at Ulta, she gave me the most negative look. I cut our conversation short then went to the back. The stylist was almost as rude as the lady up front. I get it, she's giving me free advice. But that doesn't mean you have to be super negative about it! The stylist asked me to read the ingredients, told me I must be allergic to that shampoo brand (no, it's an ingredient that's causing this) and brushed me off like I was a complete burden. When I went to check out, that customer service representative was up front - but so was the manager. The girl walked off and the manager did the transaction. I told the manager what happened and also told her that I've worked customer service jobs, but with that said, this girl's attitude towards me was very concerning. I don't know if the manager is going to do anything about it, especially since it's so hard to hire people right now, but that's another reason why I'm posting this Google Review. Even in the past, this specific Ulta gives off a really negative, snobby vibe. I'll keep shopping here for stuff I need since my office is super close, but I will actually tell people to stay far away from this location!"

"Ordered online and came in for pickup. The lipstick had already been used so I immediately went back in to exchange for an unused one. Well after the first clerk got frustrated in not being able to get my barcode to work & went on to help someone else without regard, the manager was able to mark it as a damage. Check your tubes before leaving the store..nothing like putting lipstick on with a wand that’s briefly belonged to someone else."

"I shop at this location as well as using their Salon services. Danielle D. is a wonderful stylist! She always explains what she’s doing, and makes sure you’re both on the same page with her cuts. She did a great updo style for a special occasion as well. Can’t recommend enough!"

"I received an all over color service from Danielle and it was an amazing experience! She was very personable and educated me about how to take care of my colored hair as well as recommending products that would work for me. I will definitely be returning to her for future hair services and will recommend her as well!"
