Tim knows how to make his clients feel seen by the individualized attention he gives. He gave a client a compliment and you could see her light up. Back to my experience, I got my hair shampooed, blown out, and trimmed with a nice style. Tim was funny and I loved the way he empowered my hair (despite having some split ends and breakage). He didn't make it a big deal he just did my hair.
