"Very disappointing experience!! Paid over $1000 for extensions 2 weeks ago. Then started having placement beads fall out. Attempted to reach Rae by phone, text, email without response. I ended up having to remove my own extensions which caused hair loss. I’m frustrated that I spent hard earned money & trusted this salon provider."
