Supercuts

"Was here today after making a reservation yesterday. After arriving, the one stylist said " I'm the only one here, your stylist didn't show up and you will have to come back" I asked if I could get a discount on my return visit for the inconvenience and she immediately replied "no way" Would have been nice to have received a phone call or text regarding cancellation. Unfortunately this has happen to be twice at the Six Forks Rd location. I switched locations thinking Cameron Village would be better."

"Kim was great! I received a fantastic haircut. Excellent service and nice atmosphere. I will definitely be returning here for future haircuts! Thank you."

"We walked in tonight around 6ish. we were attended immediately. There was only 1 customer being attended at that time. I brought my son for a haircut. My son has sensory issues which I informed when we came in. While in the chair, it was hard for him to sit still, i was helping at holding and distracting him. He is bothered with the hair falling in his back. I asked for a bigger cover which was immediately provided. I had to removed some of the hair in his back in between because he has been scratching and will not sit still. The lady said "he should sit with his back on the chair". I told her he can't right now, knowing he is being overwhelmed by the procedure and the hair. When she was about to finish, i pointed to her that the back is not symmetrical and some areas are still longer than the others. She trimmed again with the clipper but still looks different. The lady said he has some bump in his head thats why it looked like that. I could not see it clearly if it was just shadows or really asymetrical. I just felt being rushed to finish it off. After he had shower at home, i had clearer view of his hair and indeed, it is not symmetrical. 2 stars for the other staff smiling and looking cheerful, for having no wait times, and was attended quickly."

"Received the worst haircut of my life here. No consultation, a BAD hair cut and only after was I told by the stylist that she doesn’t normally do long hair. For reference my hair is long and straight and pretty thin/fine, and i just asked for a trim and layers... WHY would a stylist even agree to do my hair if they weren’t comfortable and confident?? From the time I got into the salon they were talking about how they didn’t want to be there, guess this should have been my first clue to walk out before they started."

"I specifically asked for an A line haircut with the front longer than the back, but that is not what I received. After the cut, I said, "Wow, that is much shorter in the front than what I expected," and she said, "That's what you asked for." So me being an anxious introvert obviously I said thank you and tipped her, especially because it was her birthday. It's not a bad haircut, but just not an A line, unfortunately."
