"I’m giving them a 1 star rating because I had an appointment at 8am this morning and no one ever showed up. The lights were off and doors were closed. I called them several times, texted them and left them a voicemail. I looked on their website to confirm their hours of operation and it indicated 8-6. I’m highly disappointed at their lack of professionalism to open on time."

"I went for a full hair and makeup package for a Christmas party. My coworker and I both had appointments at the same time. Her stylist, Brittany, was on time, skilled and efficient. My stylist was late to start and was still working on my hair by the time my friend was already done hair and makeup. I was not happy with the style and someone else basically finger combed my hair. When it came time for makeup, they took forever to get started and were extremely slow. We had asked to let us know when we could call an uber and they did not. Their computer wouldn't work so it took forever to pay and I was super late to our event. To top it all off, they were so rude about the situation. I'm still mad that I paid for the service and definitely won't be back."

"My blowout fell out within an hour, however the service and conversation were amazing. Also my hair looked shiny and felt super healthy. I think the blowout falling out had more to do with my hair texture than the stylist’s skill."
