"The renovations at the salon have made for a clean and bright environment. I feel like the staff is friendly and kind. But I think they overbook often as the last three times I have visited one of two clients are left unattended at their table because one person is attempting to work on 2-3 people at once. Once they hire more staff, they will be good to go!"

"I saw Nail Trenz in a local shopping center near my home; one I I don't frequent that end of the strip mall but on this day I did and notice this dainty nail salon. Due to their location and attractiveness of the outside I thought I would give them a try... I mean why not?! Baaaabeeee... I love it! The owner and her staff are so friendly and welcoming! Each time I have been, I've noticed how regulars are greeted by name! The atmosphere... OMG! Beautiful and the jazz playing in the background is just soooo relaxing. My first experience was with Ann and she was great; the second time with Ann.... She Killed the Game! My nails are fire! This is definitely my new Happy Place!"

"Decided to give this local nail salon a try. Upon entering the salon, it appears to be clean. But once seated for a pedicure, that’s when I noticed how extremely dirty and unkept things were. Dirty towels, the floors, stains on almost everything (walls, chairs, etc) Items were filthy and dusty. COVID glass barriers looked like they haven’t been cleaned in some time. The people working here were extremely nice and welcoming. It wasn’t busy at all, which I found kind of surprising considering Christmas is this week. I was the only person getting a pedicure, and one other person was getting a manicure. One worker was taking a nap next to me. I don’t really mind that but just found it rather unprofessional. After the lady was done with my pedicure, she sat in front of my eating. Again, I don’t mind, I just found that unprofessional and unsanitary. The lady who did my nails 100% felt like she was in a rush to get it done. She didn’t do a good job on my cuticles. Overall, people were nice here, I just won’t be back due to how unsanitary the salon was."

"Lindy is amazing!! I come here once a month and they always take such good care of me. The location is always so clean and everyone is so professional. I feel like family when I go. If you are in Raleigh this is the place to go to get your nails done."
