Just FYI there is a Hi Tech we are at University Dr., and the other one is on Hillsboro Street, we checked our record and were unable to find Dian Jonson. First, we like to know which Hi Tech you went to. Maintenance light is a simple rest process that needs to be done after each oil change. The person may forget to reset your maintenance light which can be done if you visit back to the same location. You don't need another oil or any diagnostic. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We suggest you select the right Hitech and give your feedback at the right location. Thank you. First of all, I have the right Hi tech motors the location is directly across the street from the Bp station , next the fish market and close to forest hill. The location is the one on university drive and my oil change was screwed up. I know what the hell I’m talking about! You were unable to find me because you have my name spelled wrong. It’s Dina not Dian. And instead of making excuses concerning your screw up maybe next time just issue a genuine freaking apology. You could’ve ruined my car. And all you have to say is I need to write a review for the right location. I know where I took my damn car. Get the hell outta here. Please do not go here, there are several other locations who will not only do your oil change correctly but also won’t blame you for it and accuse you of being incompetent when they screw up!"
