"I have to share with others just how pleased I am with Smiles of Carolina. I recently had an extraction to which I was not looking forward. Dr. Ko was, as usual, so professional, thorough, and kind during this procedure. As was his practice during other visits I've had, during this recent procedure he coached me on what to expect, and how there would be no pain (and if there was to immediately let him know at which point he would remedy it). He talks to you during the procedure, checking in to make sure you're good. His interactive style is both professional and warm. Dr. Ko is thorough, describing to me what he is doing, what he did, and even showing me the physical items (e.g., teeth) he has removed. He places a big emphasis on transparency of practice, making sure I am fully aware of what is happening. I've been highlighting Dr. Ko. However, I add that everyone in the office, from the front-desk Team Members, to all the Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants, are professional and pleasant. "I’m so happy that I found this dental practice! I normally look for references and reviews, but this time, I was driving by Knightdale Blvd and saw the sign! SMILES OF CAROLINA! I called the same day. Everyone, from the front desk, dental hygienist, and the doctor were truly professional, attentive and patient. They explained step by step the process on what they were working on. I truly appreciated that! I like to know what’s happening! My DH did a beautiful job with the X-rays and pictures and shared with me what we need to be careful with to prevent other issues per the doctor’s instructions! I highly recommend them! Great location! Staff has years of experience!"
