"Everyone is always so nice when I’ve come but there’s a little short Mexican girl who always looks like she doesn’t want to be at work. Tonight, she turned around from the lottery machine as I stood in front of the formula register and rudely asked “what do you need?” and then advised I would have to stand in the regular lines. I didn’t mind getting in line but her approach and tone was ugly. Attitude definitely can be worked on to provide customer service."

"Unbelievably slow, I've had to abandon my cart before because they have 0 self-checkouts, long lines, and not enough cashiers. I get that some people don't like to use self-checkout because I know I hate it, but it would be better than having to leave with nothing because they don't have enough cashiers and then having to go to Walmart later when I have more time."
"I love this new food lion in China Grove. It even has a walk-in refrigerated produce area. It's always well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. If it's raining the staff will even escort you with their store umbrella!"
