"Had only been here once precovid and went solo. Amazing experience. Wanted to treat a new friend to a relaxing evening. The massage was GREAT. However the pedi techs seemed to have an attitude. They didn't even bother to confirm what color what my friend wanted and ended up painting our toes the same color. We didn't feel encouraged to ask for a change because we were feeling rushed by the staff. Overall not awful, definitely can work on the pedi techs customer service skills. Also find it odd they don't do gel polish in 2023."

"I ask for thin overlays to protect my own nails but instead they did acrylic. I went back Saturday to show them how the nails already need to be filled in. Manager was unpleasant and said nothing is wrong. She drilled the ends and then walked away. I get home and one of the nails chipped off. I'm furious for what I spent that in less than a week my nails look bad. I ask for cuticles to be pushed back and they charged me for a manicure. BEWARE. RIP OFF!! Totally unacceptable."
