"The first time I went here was fine my hair is very natural curly and very soft I can wet my hair it curls up. I went 1-27-24 I took my own shampoo so I told the lady to used my shampoo, when I got in the chair the lady started to do my hair she sprayed hair spray on my hair my scalp was burning they put relaxers in there shampoo, I haven’t had a relaxer in 25 yrs! Then she asked clip my ends of my hair she cut to much this place it’s worth it at all the reasons they asked to clip your hair so they can charge you $50 there brushes they never charge combs nothing at all they don’t sanitize there combs at all I’m Mercer going there again at all these chemicals messed my hair up!!! I have to just where braids for a while for my hair to grow back liked it’s supposed to! Dam that place they messed my hair up and cut to much of my hair my hair was long!"
"It will better for black women to stay away from this place. They hate you and talk bad about your in Spanish while the doing your hair. They say that your hair bad and dirty. They say you complain too much and very childish. Please stay away from this place. They have no intention on serving you properly."
