"I walked in having hair down to my chest and asked for a 2 inch trim and left with it cut to above my shoulders. I wear glasses and took them off for the man to cut it so I couldn’t see what he was doing but had a jump scare as soon as I put them back on. He must have cut at least 6 inches off. The reg flag should’ve been when he didn’t show me the length on the comb like they always do. Negligent. Went home and cried."

"Ive been to this location twice in the past few months. Employees are nice but apparently struggle to listen to customers. Both instances I was there, I said multiple times I like the length on top of my head and only want a trim of 1/4in. Both times they chopped off 2in of hair, and the first time this happened the lady said she wished she could cut off more. I will not be going to this specific location again as I know they wont listen to me. Waste of $50 dollars worth of haircuts."

"Good experience. Meghan is super sweet, laid back, helpful, and gives you enough space to day dream while making sure she's cutting your hair just how you like it. She offered some ideas with styling, which was cool. Great Clips prices have gone up, which makes it hard."
