"Will NEVER go here again. Told lady if there were knots in my hair I would gladly comb them out. Lady assured me it was fine but than begin ripping my hair out from the root while she detangled. I asked several more times for the option to complete it myself. She declined and continued to pull my hair out! She than without permission took a blow dryer to my hair. I Do NOT PUT HEAT IN MY HAIR. But it doesn't stop there. She than proceeded to complete the pattern requested. While the pattern looked great she pulled my edges so tight that they began to rip out from the root causing my edges to be pulled out and scabs to form a few days later. I have pus bumps all throughout my head from where she braided to tightly. We won't even get into the conversation had while I was present. Being Nigerian/American is the best! You tend to find out how they really feel when they think you don't understand. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I came in asking for knotless braids they had me pay $250 before the service was started. I asked her to take a picture before she finished and the parts were very uneven, the sections were uneven, the sizes of the braids were inconsistent, some were small some were medium size, the ends of my hair were sticking out of the braids and all. So I told her she didn’t have to finish and that I did not like them. I told her I would give her $75 for her time but can I receive a refund. She refused my refund and proceeded to tell me it’s not her problem if I don’t like it."
