"I decided to come today since they were open. It was at least 8 nail techs in there and they decided today was the day to let someone inexperienced practice on me. He asked for help several times . I stayed patient until I noticed my big toe nail was extremely lopsided. Took 3 ppl to try to fix it . It still looks stupid .. Then they tried to do my nails at the same time . But all I wanted was to get a relaxing pedicure and read my book then do my nails after. Unfortunately that was impossible because the person doing my toes gave me anxiety the entire time because it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. I literally left with my nails still dusty from the buffing machine, Because I was soo annoyed that they completely ruined my pedicure ! Then had the nerve to charge me full price knowing I was extremely unsatisfied. I will never go back there and I was a frequent monthly customer . But never again I was disappointed with the service as well as the customer service after the fact . Literally ruined my new year’s plans and mood all together."

"I came here for the first time today and absolutely LOVED my nails when I left . I had both Vivian and Jenny do my acrylic fill in and they both did amazing. It’s my third nail salon since moving to Raleigh trying to find the right place and I have found it here for sure ! I will most definitely be back!"

"Staff is incredibly nice and talented. There was a bit of a language barrier and if you get some designs it can be pretty pricey. They’re very good at matching up with pictures so I would recommend showing them exactly what you want. The aesthetic of the salon is super cute and relaxing. All in all very good experience and if I did my nails more often I would go back!"
