"We had called yesterday at 2:30pm and was met with a rude and impatient lady on the phone. We asked for a shave and trim and was met with "if that's all you need you should look at other outlet salons," to that we asked why and she informed us she was booked for the next 2 weeks. We were more than happy to work with that even met with a rude attitude. So we were put on hold for a couple minutes and was hung up on. We called back but no one answered. Tried again a couple minutes later and still no one answered. I wish I could've given this place a fair chance :("
