"NASTY & RUDE! Gave me a bad cuticle infection from using dirty tools during my french manicure! I agreed to only come back to get my eyebrows done but no other nail services since I was given a refund only after I presented the requested doctors note. When I return, the lady that gave the infection always has a nasty attitude towards me. I wanted Anna to do my brows and she was unavailable so I agreed to wait until she was done. I sat and watched nail techs grabbed complimentary glasses of wine for other customers. I asked could I have one while I wait. I was turned away & asked to come back later because now Anna has a pedicure to do after this & no one else can do my eyebrows. I’M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!"
