Ive had nothing but professional help from that manager and happen to know she takes her job very seriously and prides herself on being seen as such. Anyone who's baby enough to get on google reviews and attack someone over obvious lies means they didn't have a recipt or proof of purchase as per THE NEW POLICY and probably attempted to exchange with the box sticker which dumb and not allowed. If the woman Was unable to make an exchange she did something wrong on her end and the fact that the husband came back and had no issues proves she probably didn't have proper ID to do the trade meanwhile the husband did. It's terrible when stupid people take it out on hard workers, thank you gamestop for being helpful and making sure every experience I have with your store is amazing. My ps5 was hard to get and this store made sure I got mine in a timely manner during a time when they were extremely hard to get, also had the manager help me with hardware warrantys and a warranty on my ps5 and games to insure anything breaking would covered for free. The pro account I was recommended by said manager has now more than piad for itself and grants me % off items every month"
