"These girls have no clue what they’re doing but guess every problem and hope. I went to prove that Ford showed they were the ones who made my truck worse and Jody and his shop girls just wanted to fight. How professional is that. Proof in hand and not even a sorry cause Ford said it was what they touched. I showed so much respect for 6 weeks and then all his goons want to yell at me to fight, so sad.Very unhappy about the way I was treated and the coward has never said hey sorry just wanted him and his girlfriends to fight me. I was very patient, never bothering them hoping to get my truck back quick. I drove it down to have a small issue fixed. 6 weeks and no phone call to inform me on anything and the truck is un-drivable! Was towed 3 times once by Pearson themselves and all I get is “we don’t know” and then charge me $1000! Then refused to work on it to fix their mistake cause they guessed on what to fix. I got no apology and pretty much payed them to vandalize my truck. I broke down and took it to Ford dealer so that’s saying a lot about this shop and their work. Think twice cause I still haven’t got my truck fixed and they had it and lied to my wife since October! Go somewhere else!!! Will be happy to tell anyone the full truth of my visit to keep from them doing same! Went back to Pearson’s shop today to prove that Ford found the issue in short time. Was just talking to Jody or someone who thought they were Jody and was calm about it until all of his girl squad that were there started speaking up and just wanted to fight. Now how professional do you think that is. Jody not once wanted to admit their work is why my truck will not run yet it ran perfect when I took it there. Ford even said it was them who made the mistake. So they wanted to just fight me him and all his girls. All I wanted was the little money back he charged me that did not fix my truck and they wanted to fight how sad. If he had any dignity he would have admired it and just paid me but he hasn’t the balls to even call me to just say sorry even after I showed him. 6 weeks truck is worse, Ford 2.5 weeks truck is like new you decide but do not ever take it to Jody Pearson!!!!! Would have been easier to just talk to you like I wanted but your workers just wanted to just fight and you did nothing about it. Between you and me we could have figured it out but 5on1 and you stood there yes I didn’t stay. This should have been talked out you and me not those workers and you get mad at me, I never called any names or cussed out anyone I have more respect than that when I showed you. Call me let’s work it out before goes any further, it’s Christmas nobody should hold ill will towards anyone."
