"They never have stock in Lancôme products. Went three or four times to see the same empty shelves. Figured this close to thanksgiving, surely stock coming soon. Nope. They offered to ship the product to me because of their lack of stock and they shipped it to an address from 22 years ago even though my app has my most current address. The customer rep refunded me “as a one time curtesy” and my rewards used were lost. So that’s the story of how Ulta lost a customer."
