"I pursued a replacement of a safe version of this broken comb for the same comb and brand. I had a situation where on the phone the sales person promised me an exchange when they knew it was over the 60 day policy and they knew this because I stated the brand and numbers on the comb and they had looked up my comb on the computer. I then drove in the rain and cold for the exchange that they then refused to do the exchange after they promised. I have been a Sally’s of 20+ years. This situation was an aggravation. A week later I called the store manager who was on vacation when I was at the store. She allowed a store credit of the comb I bought to go toward my purchase of a new comb. I cannot give this store a one star like I did a week ago bc the store manager corrected this but given I had to follow this up and re-self-advocate a week later and re go back to the store I cannot give this store a 5 either. Thank you to the store manager for correcting this."
