"I can’t say enough good things about USA Flooring in Durham. From the day I walked into the showroom to the day the crew left after my install, everything went perfectly. My project manager Carlos Ramirez helped me choose the laminate that closely matched what I had already (next year I hope to do the other half of our house) and checked in with me periodically as well as dropped by to see how the project was coming along. The installation crew Fidel, Ernesto, and Rene were amazing. They did my entire 2nd floor which includes three bedrooms (and all the closets) in just two days. The floor looks flawless. They damaged nothing whatsoever, and even managed to keep my internet and cable connection intact the whole time. Everything about my experience with USA Flooring was well beyond what I had hoped for. I will go nowhere else for my next project. I highly recommend them."

"I recently spilled a large amount of paint on our bedroom carpeting which now required replacement. Our house is only one year old, so I wanted to have the same carpet installed. The salesman at the Durham location of USA Floors, Grant Perkins, was awesome! After considerable research, Grant identified the carpeting our builder installed had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Grant came to the house and removed a small piece of the carpet to take back to the store to try to match it. He found carpeting that so closely matched what we had no one can tell the difference. The installers did a beautiful job, leaving no mess, and even vacuumed the carpet before they left. I would definitely use this company again!"

The staff in the Durham location promptly showed me the carpet selections in-house, quoted me, and installed my carpet only 3 days later. I was able to put my house on the market the very next day with beautifully installed plush carpet.
