"I had Dr. Lee perform 2 root canals on two different occasions and both times were fantastic. The process in getting an appointment was quick and easy as well."
"Highly recommend Dr. Lee and his assistant at the Cary office. He quickly assessed my need for a root canal with minimal pain testing for tooth sensitivity and very effectively numbed it for the procedure. He worked quickly, carefully and painlessly. His assistant spent time answering all my questions and showing me the images of what was done afterwards. Root canals get a bad rap! Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful."
"I want to be fair in my review in terms of how quick everything got done. I had a referral from my dentist and promptly got sick and then had bells palsy, so I had to wait to get my appointment. When I was well enough, I called and they got me in on the same day, which I felt was excellent. The staff were fine, not friendly but not terrible, but I did feel like a number rather than a patient. I have a huge fear of dentists, and made sure they were aware to help reduce issues, but no one ever asked if I was okay or if I needed anything during the entire procedure. More, I was required to take another CT (one already provided by my dentist) and pay extra for that. They insisted that my dentist provided a regular x-ray, but I stood in the same exact machine at both dentists for the images, so that felt like a money grab. All of their fees were quite high. A root canal that took about 40 mins was $1850 with all the extra fees (I did have nitrous to help with my anxiety, and they were double the price of any dentist I've ever been to). At the end the dentist quickly filled the tooth with a temp filling, which has already cut my tongue twice because no care was taken to ensure it was comfortable until I can get my crown. Overall, they were quick, which was nice. But they are very expensive and not a caring practice. As a self-paying patient, I think I deserve better treatment, but I didn't get that here. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless it's an emergency, and if I need future work, I'll find someone else."
"This is now PreservEndo in Cary (875 Walnut, Ste 200). I had a tooth ache all weekend. My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Lee at PreservEndo in Cary. They fit me in same day! Dr. Issac Lee explained the entire procedure, fielded my questions, did a thorough confirmation of my diagnosis, and if you have to have a root canal, I can say that this is the place to do it. The entire office from front desk to dental assistants were polite and professional. They have N20 if you're super anxious in the dentist (like me). The experience was as good as it can be. Thanks!"
"Right before going on vacation I was having significant pain in one of my molars. My dentist called Crabtree Endodontics to see if they could squeeze me in. Dr. Isaac Lee stayed late along with his assistant Rachel to perform a root canal. This team did a phenomenal job. They both communicated exacting details on the procedure (it was my first root canal). Dr. Lee's skills performing the root canal were superb. I want to thank Dr. Lee and his team for such a great experience far exceeding my expectations. What an asset to this office!"
