"First of all, I would caution everyone to look elsewhere for windows. I purchased windows from them and they were installed in 2017. I have had to file 5 claims already to have windows replaced. Each one of them was a seal that broke. Also one window had the balance break as well. The installation was a pure nightmare. They cracked my siding and left my yard a mess. They left their ladders propped up against my house after leaving. They broke items in my yard. After filing claims, you have to go and pick up your replacement windows/sash from their place of business. Today I walked in and a single man was working the desk. He said he would be right with me. He asked me what I was there for so I told him to pick up two sashes. He appeared to be clueless. He did nothing. I asked what the problem was and he said he was working in it. He then asked if he spoke to me or was it (so and so). It was another man and he said I would have to wait for him. In the meantime another gentleman walked in and was allowed to see (so and so) and got what he needed and left. I heard them say so and so was on a phone call, then they said he was in the bathroom. I asked again what was taking so long. Then I was told to go wait in my car. I said I would wait for my windows. I was pointed out the door. Not at anytime did so and so show up. They were very rude, whispered behind my back when they thought I didn't see or hear them. It was as if as a woman I was discriminated against and not welcomed in their building. Again, strong word of caution, do NOT purchase windows from Alside. They are very poorly made, the customer service is atrocious and you would be wasting your money."
