"This is absolutely the worst dental office I've ever dealt with. The office staff are rude and will try their hardest not to help you with any issues you might have. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I highly recommend searching around and avoiding this practice. Since the office staff doesn't care about what's going on ill let you all know. I switched insurance providers and the new policy didn't cover the procedure that I was getting. So I paid out of pocket for it ($2.000) to have it done only to get hit with another bill a month later saying that I owed $98.00 that the insurance didn't cover. I've called up to the office atleast 4 times now trying to get a reason as to why I owe that amount and Noone can give me an answer. I've been told twice that a manager will contact me and still no response from he or she. Most recently, I spoke with a lady in the front office that hung up on me and when I go to call back it says the office is closed ......30 mins before their supposed to be closed according to google. This experience will be a conversation piece for years to come as to why to avoid this practice."
"Be cautious!! Was told I needed a root canal went to two different dentist and they both said I absolutely did not. They also didn’t make me pay $200 for some specialized X-ray. Go somewhere trust worthy bc this place is questionable!!"
"I get extremely anxious going to the dentist due to a bad childhood experience. So, when I needed a root canal I waited until the pain was unbearable. However,, Dr. Manhas put my fears to rest. First he listened to my concerns, was very gentle and patient. This was the first time after a procedure I was smiling… no pain… My husband couldn’t believe how I was able to eat and socialize the next day without discomfort. His staff was great, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend his practice you won’t be disappointed."
"I’ve been going here for several years every 6months - no complaints no problems BUT then I lost my bridge because the tooth next to it was totally decayed- this didn’t happen overnight. Went to an oral surgeon who pulled the tooth and showed me X-rays and there were 4 teeth that had cavities- 2 need root canals and 1 infected behind my bridge. Even I could see them. I now have a new dds who concurs and is doing the work- then I will need partials so I can chew! My insurance is depleted until January 2024 and will probably be depleted by February No excuses here for all this oversight!! I call it incompetence You should not go here- beware"
"Dr. Manhas did a root canal procedure done for me in this office and he was really good. But I had pain and it was unbearable after two days of the procedure . As per the instructions given I should contact endodontist. Puss started coming from the sight and my face started to have swelling. I stopped at the office complaining abt the pain. I got the response that it is normal to have puss after root canal procedure which they often see. It was definitely a shocking statement to hear from the staff. Having an infection and puss is definitely not normal two days after procedure. Normally, it should get better. They prescribed me antibiotics which I am thankful. But the pain and sensitivity of the teeth is dreadful.Wish they had endodontist availability to look into the issue to check if the procedure was successful and infectious tooth was getting better. Also felt that they are unnecessarily taking xrays and scans multiple times."
