"A nightmare for me! I bought more than 6.5k floor and stair materials from this store, and the manager said that it will be available in one week. However, the floor stuff is on time, while the stair treads were broken and took so long to get. My last package was never arrived, but they said it was delivered. I called the store manager multiple time, he kept promising, but did not do what he said. I chatted and called the sale department in NY, but the problem was not solved too. Eventually, I bought things from other to complete my stair. Never buy things from this store, or general from LLFloor. You have plenty of other choices. Avoid them if you can."
