Her last experience with a pediatric dentist was not a good one, and she has been afraid to go ever since. He was great with her, very calm and explained everything so she felt comfortable. She is no longer afraid to go to the dentist. We will be bringing her twin brother in to see him very soon. :) Everyone at the office was really sweet to her as well and she’s excited to go back for her cleaning."

"I was a patient here for the Fast Braces Dr. Stephenson offers. We chose this as an alternative to traditional braces due to the cost effectiveness and in this case it was a “get what you pay for”. This has been some years back when I was a teenager, almost a decade now, but the effects of what was done has no time limit. To start off, thinking back, Dr. Stephenson was sarcastic as stated in a previous review. I was young and oblivious to it then, but now I know. Everything from a thought to a problem was laughable. Now that I have had a career in the dental field for 4.5 years, I realize the lack of compassion and knowledge put forth during my time receiving services here. The worst part is when Dr. Stephenson removed my braces, I remember my front tooth being difficult to remove the bracket from. I believe he said something along the lines of that one had more material than the others and as a result of the force he used to remove that bracket the tooth is dead. It’s been dying since shortly after. It has now turned a dark gray and I’ve been advised I need a root canal and possibly a crown. I’ve gone to numerous different practices and they all have given me the same feedback, it seems to be a result of the braces removal. The timeframe, where the damage showed first, even my enamel is damaged in the area where the bracket was located. This has been such an emotional thing to live with as I’ve always taken good care of my teeth and never had any issues that would result in this kind of injury. Thank you for killing my tooth and my self esteem when it comes to my smile. Response to the company’s reply: Ask him does having me in his first commercial ring a bell."
