"Do yourself a favor and find another store. I cant even begin to tell you how awful this experience was, but let me just say it ended by *our hair stylist shouting at us and spraying water at us to leave the store!* Absurd experience. My mother was standing behind me just to assure that my hair was being cut right, and was pointing out fixes to the stylist. Stylist said that the fix would be noticeable after she wet my hair, and went on a rampage about how this is her store, she has more experience (no doubt), and told my mom to get off the cutting floor. My mom didn’t sit down in a seat, but she was off the cutting floor at this point. She stood in view— you have to understand the anxiety of getting your hair cut, especially when the stylist isn’t achieving what you want. Tell me what’s unreasonable about maintaining constant communication with your stylist. Eventually she started shouting at us and sprayed water at us to get out of the store. Emphasis on the point that we were simply speaking, no aggression. Humiliating experience."

"I have been visiting this place for a few years now. But I have been having bad experiences recently. Today, I went to the place when I received the notification for my online check-in. I had to wait for quite some time before someone put my hair cut request on their list. The person then went inside and did not turn up for quite a while. After the person returned, she told another colleague to do my hair cut. This person started cutting my hair and after finishing a bit, sprayed the trimmer with the anti-bacterial spray which was fine. But while using the trimmer, I could feel the wetness of the chemical on my face, and I requested her to wipe the trimmer before using it. She got extremely upset for this. She educated me on the reason why it is used etc. I told her that I am requesting her to wipe it and she was in no way ready to hear me. She told me that she cannot do my hair cut and rudely asked me to be get up from my chair. Later her colleague finished the work, and I was lucky to come out with a complete haircut."
