"Very rude on the phone and completely left a part out of our car. Told us it would be fixed in a day and then another person tells us multiple weeks. Went somewhere else and was fixed in a day. They are cheap but will mess up your car so not worth it. Edit: love how the response from the owner is calling me a liar. You must have been the rude one on the phone :) Not a very professional response to criticism. We paid for you to fix our car and you did not fix the issue and then gave us ridiculous times when it would be fixed claiming it was not something you guys did and that it was out of warranty - while your other employees (your sons I believe, who are thankfully far nicer on the phone) told us conflicting stories of what was wrong with the vehicle. I'm glad we went elsewhere and had a professional and capable mechanic fix the issues. (Went to Meineke if anyone was wondering, they were great and have been great every time)"
