"Dr. Lowery and her team are absolutely wonderful. I was seen today due to the excruciating pain I’ve been experiencing with my wisdom teeth. I previously had a horrible experience with a local dentist office in the area that left me scared with a bit of PTSD that prevented me from seeking routine care for years as I should. I’m so blessed to have been referred to Dr. Lowery who took the upmost care of me. Alicia went above and beyond getting me scheduled for an emergency appointment so soon in such a short notice. Upon entering the office I received the warmest and the most friendliest welcome from the front desk ladies along with my hygienist Latoya who was so nice and friendly, and reassured me that I was in great hands. She made me feel so comfortable. She did my X-rays and pre screening and we chatted and bonded while I was waiting to be seen by Dr. Lowery which helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. Lowery was very gentle and took her time with me and explained step by step of everything she was doing and the tools she was using , she walked me thru my root issue and treatment plan and got me referred over to an oral surgeon. It’s so evident that she truly listens and cares about the well-being of her patients. Overall 10/10 experience so glad I’ve found my new dental care home."
