"I've always had a wonderful experience at Elite Nails. The staff are sweet and do an incredible job on my hard working hands. My husband agreed to join me for a mani pedi after the owner offered to tune in the NFL playoff game. I don't think these TVs have ever broadcast football before but because the owner is so sweet my hubby and I were able to spend time together at Elite Nails. Thank you Michelle and congratulations to your hubby on his promotion!!"

"Went for a full set, color change on my toes & wax for eyebrows on June 23 spending $109. My nails from my full set started lifting a week after!!! Then the following week all my nails on my right hand except my pinky nail popped off. Went to salon to get it fixed, lady stated they only supposed to last 2 weeks! Which is understandable but they are not supposed to come COMPLETELY OFF! Spent an extra $45 for her to cut down and fix them on July 7th. On July 12 my nail broke on my middle finger. Will not be returning this is ridiculously."

"I have tried this place multiple times and every time it got worse. Today I left the salon with bubbled nail polish on my manicure. I mentioned it before I left and she looked at it, rubbed it, then said nothing... after leaving I've looked more closely and there are little and big mistakes everywhere. I'm ok with mistakes because they can be fixed. But she wasn't willing to fix them and I'm not gonna continue to spend money somewhere that leaves me unhappy. And doesn't seem to care about customer service."

"This is my new favorite nail place!!!! The service, prices, and products are all excellent. Everyone who works here is so friendly and personable. The woman who did my toes actually volunteered to draw that lil flower (which she then did freehand), and when I picked out a shade that didn’t compliment me, she picked a similar shade that did! The salon feels very upscale and nice. There was almost no wait, too. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends!!!! Edited to add: if your bad review includes something racist like “the people here should speak English,” you should just do your nails at home. They have a right to speak whatever language they want in both THEIR place of business and in America, as America has no official language. You’re not entitled to understand every conversation in the nail salon, and if you do feel entitled to that, you are free to learn the language. It’s just flat out rude and racist to try and dictate the language anyone speaks."
