"Used to be good, my visit yesterday was disappointing. I usually do not like to 'pick' a manicurist mainly because I am not at all picky. But yesterdays experience was bad. When I walked in my nails were medium-long with one broken real short , I never get artificial nails - I wanted one of them extended to match the rest after it was shaped. While shaping the manicurist cut off 2 nails before I could stop her and I repeatedly told her to NOT shorten any nail and that I wanted round shape. But she kept on filing in flat motion shortening it ... I kept asking her to stop and she would ... only to then continue filing away without even giving the shape. I even took the file and showed her to file the sides so its not square. I was trying to be nice so I was letting her do it ... and the end result was that I walked out of there with short nails - not what I wanted. Also with every nail shaped different. I do not spend on manicure very often so I am disappointed. The 4 stars is for the service for all other visits -- Yesterdays visit was a 1"

"This place used to be a good about a year ago when I first tried them out but for last few visits it’s been disappointing. A basic gel manicure still takes about 25-30 minutes. My last technician took 15 mins. The staff used to pay more attention to the detail and be sensitive during the trim part but now they don’t really care if you’re wincing at the pain but they keep digging. Highly discouraged to continue with them"

"I was so impressed with how they turned out. Usually nail salons charge very high and don’t do the designs properly. But here, everything was perfect. The price wasn’t too high and the nails looked exactly like the pic I wanted. This has to be the best nail salon in the area with the sweetest people. Highly recommend!"

"The lady June is amazing. I am sure everyone is but I have June do everything for me. I really enjoy the environment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I get my eyebrows, acrylic nails and pedicure done there and I have enjoyed all of it. I have been getting my eyebrows wax for 20+ years and have done them myself or had some one do them for me and NO ONE has done them better then June. Her attention to detail is amazing"
