"Great service, got in immediately for a walk-in, but unfortunately my dip nails have not lasted very long. They started chipping within 4 days and are almost coming off completely within a week. Prices were average."

"After seeing countless nail bars open up in this area with no customer service or straight out rude and "don't care, we have too many customers" this was a refreshing take on customer service. I got my nails done this Friday for Halloween, was beautiful, however by Tuesday messed up three nails, went back to the salon, hoping to get the three fixed in my head thinking what all I'd have to argue about etc. At the salon, I was asked what color was it and who did it and the owner she took such great care of not not only fixing, instead she re did all my nails all 10 nails without charging me anything and rather telling me it was a pleasure I gave them a chance to do better.. I am a fan and gonna be their regular customer now.this was the best customer care experience I have had in a long time."
