"The shipping was late and the sizing of the product was way off. Way too small for a 4t. No refund unless product was damaged. Never shop this company."

"Horrible customer service in general and a company that does not care about itself. They charged me for a product without giving notice of shipment of shipping numbers. After using a different company for the product, it showed up weeks later without accessories and in an opened box. Customer service was no help and in my experience, a one star review is very accurate."

"I would give zeros stars if I could. Unlike others, I actually did receive my item about a month after ordering. That’s because they ship from CHINA even though it’s advertised as an American company. I could clearly see where they put a label shipping from NJ over the label that shows it came from China. The items arrived 2 weeks after I actually needed them, so I requested a refund via email. They have been giving me the run around, coming up with every excuse possible, to not refund my money. If you call their number, it says they’re unavailable and to email them. I’m reporting them to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Like others have said, I made the mistake of not looking for reviews first or I would have never ordered from this company. They have a standard procedure which is to take your money then evade ever delivering a product or providing a refund. I am filing a claim with the BBB and my credit card company. There is really nothing else I can do at this point."

"It is so important when you are surfing the web to read the reviews of the site you settle on. I searched the web for a car seat, and kids baron caught my eye. I did not read the reviews and regret it today. I ordered a car seat in November and have yet to receive the item as of today. The 1st response from customer service was a link to a tracking that yielded nothing. Now I’m awaiting the 2nd response from customer service. Don’t put someone in jeopardy or waste your time when you can just do the research before clicking submit."
