"Had the worst experience today. I always come here but won’t be coming back. I think trainee’s shouldn’t be allowed to cut customers’ hair until they are ready. I asked for a trim and no. 1 on the sides!!!!!!! Though this happened, I have to commend the lady in-charge/ supervisor around 2pm. I was visibly upset, but when she took charge, she handled the situation like an experienced staff should."

"I wish I had read the reviews first. Apparently there is a lady there who has messed up haircuts before and still works there?? Where is her certificate showing her proof of hair school? I had to tell her my hair was uneven (and it was VERY noticeable) and even then she still botched it like crazy. She didn't even brush through my hair all the way. The whole time I could tell she didn't know what she was doing at all but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Lesson learned for me. Now I have to spend even more money and time getting this fixed elsewhere. She should not be working there after messing up so many hair cuts. Clearly she doesn't know what she's doing."

"Came in for a quick haircut and it ended up being a 1hr 30min wait because of this online check-in policy. People just turn up and wait 5 minutes while I am here ready to go for almost 2 hours. This isn't a reservation it's a waitlist. If I am here first, sitting and waiting AT THE STORE, I should end up at the top of the list. What if I didn't have a phone? If this was a restaurant, the host would prioritize who's waiting AT the restaurant not the people who may or may not turn up. The wait-list is who is at the store first, period. Tell your employees to prioritize who comes in first."

"I am really sorry. This is probably the first time ever that I have given 1 star. It should indicate that you should really avoid going to this place specially to the female Afro-American employee. I can only say I will write to great clips also directly. The lady had absolutely no clue what she was doing, probably had never had a training in that trade. Even a bad attitude when I pointed out that left to right is uneven and that around the ears was not cut correctly. Her argument was looks good to me.... 58 usd and 2 hours later going somewhere else where I got a last minute appointment, I am looking okay again but with a way different cut and 2 stylist even expressed their sorry... It is really sad that people with no skill, trade, training are allowed to cut in a chain like great clips . If I can warn someone here please avoid. Better go to real hairstylist or barber and spend 10-20 more... You will not regret it. This was in 45 years the worst of the worst."

"The shop looks newly renovated and clean. But this place is so short staffed. 2 people doing all the work. They had to rush and kept being distracted when customers came in while giving my haircut. I really didn't like that!!! The stylist gave the bare minimum of hospitality and effort for my haircut. They didn't even have a certificate on the table like the other great clips locations. I don't even know if they are certified to perform this service. The haircut quality is needless to say: very unsatisfying."
