We called in advance to make sure there would be at least 2 workers there to pierce our daughter’s ears at the same time. They set aside the earrings our daughter really wanted since they were the last ones. They were very positive and helped reassure her during the process. They also really took their time marking for the location to be sure they turned out great!"
