Great Clips

"Just had my first haircut at this location. Antonette was my hair stylist. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a great clips. While I recognize I arrived at 4:10 and they close at 5, I very much felt like my hair cut was rushed. The hair stylist was extremely rude. When I did not fully understand her question and replied with an answer that was not exactly answering her question she became defensive and sarcastic with me. I attempted to show a picture of myself from a previous haircut that I would like the cut to look like and she responded that “at least it wasn’t a picture of someone random on instagram” and that “being shown a picture is her least favorite thing.” She sped through the haircut and left tons of straggling longer hairs at the end. Needless to say I will not be going back to this great clips for a hair cut and will certainly not see the same stylist. Do not recommend to anyone looking for decent customer service and a good hair cut."

"I asked for a little, and really emphasized the little off the top. More than half came off and sides were cut down to less than plank length. More than I asked for. Last time I got a haircut there it was mediocre, but feasible. I have been let down and don’t know when I’ll be back. Lady was kind though, and I don’t have the heart to call it out. Just gonna throw a good up till it grows out back to its curly state."

"My husband gets his hair cut here. They always do a good job and have always been able to fit him in immediately. Also, you can check in on line and it will tell you if there is any wait time. Also, it's pretty cheap and they send us coupons in the mail."

"Staff were not outright rude but they were rather impatient with me. I asked for an inch off everywhere, the lady rushed through the haircut and asked me if it was good. I had been a while without having a haircut and didn't realize how shaggy I had gotten so I asked for another half inch off everywhere. The lady huffed at me very annoyed and took perhaps a quarter inch off the top only and then took the cover thing off before I could say anything about it not being satisfactory, not that I would have since I just wanted to get out of there at that point. As I was getting up a friend of mine sat down to get a haircut in the chair next to me, I stopped to say hi but the ladies said that wasn't allowed and practically shoved me out the door. They force you to tip like 30% minimum as well. Won't be coming back"

"I've never had a bad haircut here, but I've had several great ones. Today I was super happy with my haircut by Tynajah. I think sometimes people feel like they get a rushed haircut from chains like greatclips but I come back to this one even though I live closer to another one because I've never felt that way here."
