"Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff. The outside may not be perfect, but the employees inside definitely make up for that."
"If you don't want to work then don't work. I never got how some cashiers have attudes like why am I here working. If you don't want to work then don't. Didn't even give me or try to give me my receipt. Most of the time they are cool but today is something else."
"I waited until I visited this store a few times before leaving a review. The store’s employees that I have come across are very unprofessional and rude. I’ve witnessed numerous times how they treat certain customers and it’s pretty discouraging to see a paid store associate speak and treat individuals (sometimes elderly) with such disrespect. You don’t have to lay down a red carpet for customers but it is in the job description to provide customer service without a large side of attitude. These employees either 1. Don’t like their job 2. Are just sh1tty individuals or 3. All of the above. I’m thinking a strong 3 for these folks. If your hired employees don’t like the retail customer service type of job, perhaps it’s best for them to reconsider new employment."
"It was good and I like the way they numbered the aisles because the aisles are from the east-west directions which is my favorite direction pair. But after I went home, I thought a lot about it. My parents said that they just looked at it, but anyway, they said that it was a little bit messy, and that day was after a rainy day so that's why I see some dirt and scratches on the floor of the place."
"The store was average, pretty much like any other family dollar. I was able to find a nice sweater to put on, because I needed one. The staff were okay....not really personable, however we were greeted upon walking in the store. The shopping center where the store is located needs to be bulldozed and all of the parking lot needs to be dished up and repaved. There are potholes all over the place and the parking lot is dirty and uneven. Expect alot of bumps going through"
