"Here's one way to rephrase that: I was refused a refund for an item that was not specified as non-refundable, even though I had my receipt and returned it within the allowed timeframe. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked for the refund. Due to this poor customer service experience, I will not shop at this store again."
