"The young guy is not good at all so don’t even bother. I could’ve done a better job at home. I think his name is Anthony. He rushed my pedicure and missed very important steps. He didn’t massage me at the end of my pedicure and didn’t moisturize my skin. It was ridiculous. I don’t like it when nail salons have these nail techs who learned on the job and don’t have official certificates yet they charge you the same amount. It’s not fair to the customer."

"My daughter got her nails done here and the quality was poor. The application was clumpy and not properly shaped. The nail tech that did the work went to the back to get another lady who I’m not sure if she’s a manager or not. She then proceeds to flip my daughter’s hand over and over saying she doesn’t see any clumps and that I can ask the other customers in the salon if they see any. Very unprofessional!!!! No customer service satisfaction offered. Not even to re-file the nails and re-apply the polish NOTHING."
